So you believe him when he says it doesn't really matter when Press is calling Doug's plays like I told you 1000 times?
You were mad at the wrong guy the whole time. Like I tried to illustrate over and over.

No.  I had faith that Doug was still able to turn this around if he took back the same type of control he had in 2022.  T-Wigg's take on the Doug/Press relationship is one of the things I've disagreed upon.

I honestly thought getting rid of Press and putting Doug in full control would fix this offense, and will die on that hill.  I get that T-Wigg believes what he believes and that he has some inside information.  But there were plenty of other journalists out there in 2022 lauding how Doug was running the show.  The jacksonville journalist community praised Doug for his offense and his ability to fix Lawrence.  Then he decided to pull back in 2023.  The extent of which I would also debate.  That has also been written about by Jacksonville journalists.

At the end of the day, I thought Doug could regain control in 2024 and make things look similar to 2022.  Instead, Doug doubled down and continued with the same managerial formula that was pretty stinky in 2023.  What we have now is a result of Doug's hubris.

None of us will know the 100% truth.

But now is now.  We are here now.  And it's obvious that Doug isn't capable of getting us back to what we were in 2022.  It's time to move on.  My support of Doug has been destroyed over the last 2 seasons.  And based on your posts over the last 24 hours, so has yours.

Let's move on shall we?  You will think you were right.  I will think I was right.  In a moment of clarity.  I think we all can accept that both sides of the argument are correct, but the nuance is not worth debating anymore.

We should accept that the futility of this current coaching staff has laid waste to the once beautiful beaches of our team like a horde of red algae consuming the tides.  Accept the pungent stink of this Front Office and Coaches, as we meditate on what could have been while envisioning what can be.  And do that with positivity and hope.  Less arrogance.  More acceptance.

I honestly don't want to continue arguing the minutia of this topic considering the enormous issues that need to be corrected moving forward.  Let's just embrace the suck.  Let's embrace the suck - dare I say - Together!  And pray that Shad Khan uses his authority to sweep the Front Office and the Coaching Staff away like a benevolent tsunami that cleanses the beaches of this stinking algae.  We are all in this stench together.  But there can be hope for a new morning where the funk is gone and what lies ahead is a teal and gold sunrise of hope for a better franchise, and thus a better

DUUUVAALLL!!!!!!
