If the players arent executing or producing on the field the blame goes to the coaching staff and this coaching staff is led by the HC Doug Pederson.

The blame automatically goes to him wether this players arent executing or not has nothing to do with the job title. We arent seeing results or therefore we are seeing piss poor results so that means we blame the coaches and front office for an awful product. Heads have to be cut and that starts with Baalke and the coaching staff, then the end product starts with cutting lazy players that cashed in their paychecks and stink, that starts with Trevor Lawrence. But in order to get there we have to start from hiring a new crew and seeing the root cause of the issue.
