The team is clearly in business mode, not win mode. Not sure when it happened or why exactly.
I get the argument that players not plays, but then whose job is it to motivate the players to play beyond business mode? I feel like that should fall on the coaches. Part of being a coach is finding what motivates people, focusing them, and getting them to give 100% effort. Should the players motivate themselves, is that not on the coaches? |
