Whether it is Engram or Strange, we need to key on those TE underneath and seam plays. 

We are facing a Gus Bradley defense - and we all lived through watching TEs torch us week after week in that scheme.

I'd like to see an extra lineman go in the TE spot with Strange in front of the back. We have enough personnel for a jumbo type package, no reason they don't incorporate it some.

Would love that, but if there's one change I really don't think Pederson makes, it's that one. He seems averse to lead blocks from the backfield for some reason. 

Also VERY little use of multiple backs there in general. Lead blocking or not. 
Personally I LOVE the way multiple backs in the backfield force defenses to key on them and potentially be moved away from the intended play design. Would love to see that change.
