Harrison has regressed.  Scherff has been falling off the face of the earth.  Cam is Cam, just not good enough.  Morse has done well, but it's his first year.  The arguement that he will get worse next year is not one you can dismiss out of hand based on the current trajectory of this staff's developmental abilities of players.  

But man, the regression of Harrison is damning.  This staff can't develop players.  It's time for a new staff that can do better.

I guess you've never heard of the Sophomore Slump? It's a pretty well documented phenomenon is all pro sports.

I expect Morse to get worse next year, he's old, just like Scherff already is. And Cam has been the same through 3 coaches now, he's just average. None of those 3 should be in any discussion about development or regression
