Was talking about this yesterday regarding a different team (go gata). It's really not worthwhile to mid-season fire unless:
- you have someone on staff that you believe is capable of the trial run
- you believe that keeping the coaches in place does harm to player development
- you believe that moving on somehow improves player development

There are obviously other circumstances that might force one's hand, but if you got a pile of dook to work with, grabbing a shovel and turning it over isn't gonna turn it into gold.

Urbz got way more than 4 weeks and it seemed like he was doing everything within his capability to dictate a firing. 0-4 is a bad start, but by no means is it the end of everything. Overreaction will get you nowhere but a constant cycle of restarting and negative progress.

0-4 with 3 games that were settled by less than a score. This team isn't getting blown out and doesn't look anything like the disfunction of the Urbz Error. It's all noise on the outside from people who don't know any better. And don't forget, we're seeing with a good coaching staff how easy it is to go back in the cellar because of just a few plays here and there, just imagine much easier it is with a new staff!
