Yeah.  Comes off more as an "I want this to happen this way" type of argument rather than a well reasoned one regarding a supposed likely outcome.  Which begs the question of "why do you want it to happen this way?" where an honest answer likely digs up the emotional component.  A desire to stick it to Khan or the Jags or Jacksonville in general or perhaps Jags fans (i.e. troll)?  Or someone is a hardcore Orlando city fan and Orlando local and feels jilted that they'll never be an NFL city?  Or just delusional as you say.

If you understand what real leverage is, you understand Orlando doesn't have any here and is fortunate and should be very grateful to have a season of home NFL football games and very welcoming of that possibility.  Imagine thinking a city council or mayor or other local governing body could strong arm an NFL owner. LOL.
