And not mentioned enough but widely known around the league is just how disruptive he is against the run… no TE can block him .. and it is very difficult to move him. Constantly sheds blocks and creates impact in the run game. 


Combine this with his motor and improvement as a pass rusher and we are sitting in a good spot with Trevon.


If only we could get some type of impact on the interior and with Armstead we would have one heck of a pass rush.

They brought in interior guys, they're just young and need to grow up. It might not be this year, but I think the material is there for a dynamic front 4.

That’s fair . I have high hopes for Smith and Jefferson… especially Smith. And I fully expect him to progress especially towards later part of this year with repetitions and with a full offseason with this team next year… 


I just really hope for this year we can somehow find a way to generate some more interior rush. 

I’m still hopeful that this team can make a run this year. So hopefully some of the vets.. especially Armstead can start to raise their level play.
