Yeah. Starts with ownership doing what must be done and that's turning the entire house upside down and shaking everything out of it for good. Have already thrown my ideas around out there. But, to reiterate, in short:

Rick Spielman (Independent), Chris Spielman (Detroit), Thomas Dimitroff (Independent) or Ozzie Newsome (Baltimore) for VP of Football Operations.

Ray Agnew for General Manager along with Ben Johnson as the HC/OC from DET. 

James Liipfert for General Manager along with Bobby Slowik as the HC/OC HOU. 

Mark Azevedo for General Manager along with Chris Hewitt as HC.

You know it’s bad when in hindsight Leftwich would have been the better hire because he would have forced a change at GM
