Actually, his history tells us we are approaching the point where he WILL make a change. Only coach to make it to season 4 was Marrone and that's solely because he took them to within a play or two of the SB. This is Pedersons 3rd season, and the team has regressed each season. He is well in that window. But, Khan doesn't tend to fire mid-season. He will do it at or very near the end of the season most likely.
