I thought the same thing after watching/hearing his comments and giving it some thought.  I believe it wasn't directed at the entire defense, but at the secondary and perhaps the linebackers in coverage like Lloyd.  If Cisco is focusing on his responsibilities every play, not sure how he would see "quit" or "not playing as one" in the D-line is my point.

At the same time the other guys in the secondary are nobodies or guys off the street. I'm not sure they're better than this. I'm not sure they've quit as much as they're not good enough. On the other hand certain guys on the defensive line are invisible for games at at a time before they suddenly pop up with a great game. That sounds more like quit or not tryig hard. 

Lloyd is another story. That's just another overdrafted guy who seem unable to grasp what he's supposed to do.

I felt like I saw a lot of pressures out of Walker on Sunday.  I haven't seen any numbers to back that up.  I swear he had a hand on Caleb 3 or 4 times though and he either got the ball out just in time or was able to scramble away.  I distinctly remember him forcing Caleb to scramble into the arms of RRH on that sack RRH got in the 1st quarter.  And obviously Walker had the sack that was erased by the 12 men on the field penalty.  CBS never showed a replay highlighting the 12th guy so not sure if someone just didn't get off the field in time or if there were in fact 12 guys out there defending the play which would explain why Caleb held onto the ball as long as he did to help Walker finally get home.  Anyway, Walker may not have shown up much on the stat sheet, but I noticed him enough on Sunday to see he was putting in work.
