Everyone has an opinion. I don’t think he’s a bust but he’s been a disappointment since there was once a thought he might be one of the all time greats coming out of college. Clearly he’s not that. With work and the right team around him he is better than average, possibly top 10 but he’s probably always going to struggle with accuracy, that’s just something you have or you don’t. There are bigger issues with this team though. The defense in particular is comically bad. Typical NFL offenses make us look like the Washington Generals playing the Globe Trotters. Our receivers have contagious cases of the dropsies and our OL is anemic. And game day coaching and preparation has been awful. I’m surprised we’ve even been mostly competitive.

On the plus side we do have some talent at RB and receiver. Something to build on I guess.

I agree with you except for the Lawrence part.

I think Lawrence is a massive bust of epic proportions. When you factor in all the hype all the way from high school to now. He would be on the bench right now with about half of the teams in the league. He has all the physical tools but fails at the mental part. It is what it is but I think that contract set this team back years!
