Sammy Watkins is the best receiver in the draft and it's not really close. He's also not really a reach at #2 considering the recent stock drops of the QBs. I'd say he might be the 2nd highest valued player in the draft behind Clowney.

 

It depends on if the Rams want him, and I think they do.

 

Also there's a difference between falling in love and falling in love with the wrong player.

 

EDIT: As for Houston, Clowney simply doesn't fit where they want to plug him in. Clowney is a traditional 4-3 DE. He can't play standing up and he looked stiff when he attempted to simulate that during his pro day. Perhaps maybe Houston even saw this.

 

Clowney's best destination for success is Jacksonville.
