No, forget about blaming coordinators, this is about talent.

The team needs an enema.

I think there is talent on the defense, but the pieces don't all fit together. Similar issues on offense.

I don't think they are a good defense, but the talent is not at a 30-32 rank level. They should be more like 21-25 rank.
