The team collectively sucks. Earlier in the tenure we didn't make many dumb mistakes that lose ourselves games, now we have blown coverages, turnovers, penalties, injuries, bad clock management to deal with. Losers are losing, despite being given a chance to correct it. I don't know how some of these coaches and coordinators don't just resign and save themselves the embarrassment.
