While he should be fired now, there is no logical choice to replace him with. McCoy is not HC material lets not let him run out 3 wins at the end of season so Baalke can express to Khan why he needs to be extended and made highest paid HC in history of NFL. Let the ship sink. If the ship sinks, MAYBE... just MAYBE... 10% chance Baalke goes too. MAYBE.
