I know it is players making dumb mistakes and failing to execute assignments that is losing most of these games, but he has to figure out a way to alter that -  these last 16 games or so have been mostly excruciating to watch.

Hmmm. Trying to give it a positive spin, is he trying to give praise to guys like Washington and Jones who are depth guys who had to make plans today? Giving them some credit?

But why does he give credit to everyone but Trevor? That whole drive was Trevor throwing.

I wonder if Trevor has been unhappy with some of Press's decisions. Going against Press is enough to make Doug an enemy.

But the main question, I'd love to think Doug could sort this out. He's done great since he came here but this season has been so bad. So many errors and mistakes, the players and coaches look unprepared and struggle to adjust. We have a good roster but we're back to beating ourselves. The FO have to start deciding who's going to replace him and basically compare what they have and who they can get and make the best choice.

But he'd need a lot of changes to his staff and not sure he'd take that so I think Doug goes at the end of the season.
