Your 100% right that the FA moves we made have been a huge letdown. That is the thing that should cost Baalke his job. The moves we made were to bring in more experienced players who had been at successful teams and playoff experience. This was to address last seasons collapse and further develop the locker room culture. 

On paper the moves looked good for what was available and what our needs were but they have been a huge letdown. Gabe has been poor, Darbys struggled, Armstead looks done. Morse has been the only positive addition. This has really hurt us this year that the players bought in to improve us and make an impact have been a damp squib.

This has hurt us a lot more than paying Trevor and Josh.
