I'm kinda confused. I keep getting told CJ Stroud is much better than Trevor yet last night when he has WR's injured and gets sacked 8 times he was11/30 for 191 yds 0 TD's with a lost fumble and loss to a hapless Jets team they just lost to the Patriots.
Surely he should be able to overcome all those things, surely he should elevate people around him, surely if he was truly elite he'd find a way to win a game like that. Or maybe it doesn't matter how good a QB you are if your running for your life, under constant pressure and have no time to get settled and in rhythm. |
