We just have to hope that someone has told Shad he needs to hire Boselli as EVP...  I have faith that Shad is more focused on the franchise now more than ever.  And he's ready to let professionals that have a passion for Jacksonville to run the show.  

Coughlin was too old and was really not passionate about the long term.  Urban is and has always been a douche bag.  Baalke was a cancer that ingratiated himself to many owners.  But I think times are about to change.

I have faith.  I have hope.  I think we're about to turn things around.
