Trevor Lawrence is a franchise level QB.  He still has all the potential to make the Jaguars a playoff contender, even with this current roster.  The problem is he's not being coached up the way other QBs are being coached.  Monday Night's game shows it.  Does anyone here really think that Baker Mayfeild is a better QB?  I'm not saying Baker is a scrub.  He's got some talent, but he's good because he has a coaching staff around him that helps him be great.  

Lawrence is doing this all on his own with a OC that is out of his depth, and a HC that has been checked out for 2 years now.  I have no doubt that with the right staff in place, we win the division or are a wild card team for the next 10 to 15 years.  He has all the tools.  The fact that he makes mistakes sometimes doesn't change the fact that he's one of the most talented QBs in the league.
