It's the boy who cried wolf.  The left does it so often that it's lost whatever effectiveness it may have once had and people are tuning their left wing echo chamber propaganda "news" programs out.

Your exactly right. And with social media allowing you to block out any opinion different to your own and endlessly talking about how terrible whatever Trump has done is, they rile each other up. Obviously this isn't just limited to the left but it just undermines arguments and criticism when that's all that happens, especially when there's something genuine to be unhappy about.
