It may not apply to your corporation. That is too of a broad statement. The main issue people have with corporations is they employee a lot of different tactics and money to lobby government to install barriers to entry. While this increases costs it reduces competition in the industry. They can, due their superior capitalization and access to lower cost capital endure this.

Amendment 3 and 4 are examples of badly written laws. They are a subject the people want to resolve but were written to achieve an agenda of a limited amount of people. In both cases the writers did not listen to the people of the state, rather took the opportunity to be deceptive. The voters sniffed that out and voted them down.
