I mean, we have open container laws for a reason, why couldn't they have just treated it like that? We don't smoke in restaurants, hospitals or other establishments where it's prohibited. It could have been treated that way. 

Living in Ohio where its been legalized for recreational, I'm constantly hearing people complain about the smell. I do understand their complaints, it's a very overbearing smell, especially for non users.
