Your half right. Trump doesn't really have any personal policy goals other than getting power for himself. But he's surrounded by federalist society people who support it and 2025 is all about seizing additional power for a permanent "conservative" government, so it aligns with his only actual goal.

Compared to the Democrats who wanted to add 2 more blue States to bolster their EC vote and let's not forget the Avenger's slogan for Kamala.."down with democracy"......which she didn't denounce.  Then there is weaponizing the DOJ and a President wanting to put his opponent in jail to force a one party system.  The Dems want an all controlling one party gubbermint.
