Mental illness is now an excuse because it's impossible to prove or disprove.  

Take away the victim mentality of people / generations thinking their problems are because of someone else.
Take away the [BLEEP] kids whose parent are just pathetic and lazy and refuse to parent.

and you get closer to the real mental illness problem. And it's probably closer to 10% of the problem we think it is.
