Like any sitcom character, Sheldon is, all the time, the way some people are some of the time.  If I get fixated on something, I might not care about anyone or anything else for a while.  He's like that all the time.  Hope that helps you understand.

I did in fact stay up pretty late Tuesday night just staring at the numbers coming in and trying to see patterns.  I wasn't having any emotional meltdown nor was I upset my candidate lost.  I just get fixated on statistics sometimes.  It's one of my things.

You being a drama queen about the election has nothing to do with you being on the spectrum. But I love that now you’re trying to throw it out there as if any kind of criticism of you is now off limits. I’m just surprised you haven’t tried using that excuse a long time ago to be honest.

I haven't been a drama queen about anything about the election. I've been completely calm. Not mad, not sad, a bit surprised, a bit disappointed, that's all.
