Actually if you read that record many of the successful programs the current administration have been touting were begun during his term. They do get the credit for continuing them. Also, what I see is despite the political advantage of just letting Obama care collapse under its own weight he didn't but admitted he needed help here and got it.

Americans voted for someone who after 9 years still doesn't have a plan on one of the most important issues for the American people, and who refuses to even explain what his 'concepts of a plan' are? In his answer, he gave zero ideas of anything he would do other than last time having "run it as best as it can be done". 

Newsflash: He doesn't have a plan. He only talks up about dismantling Obama care because it is what his base likes to hear. And you eat it up. MAGA!!!!
