Quote:I read IT down to the last 50 or so pages and quit.  It became so turgid and rambling that it seemed to no longer follow the story line.  My disappointment was so deep that I didn't even bother to watch the movie. 
Funny thing is that some people consider the book to be far more scarier than the movie.
