This defense has always played very well, especially through the first 3 quarters of games, most of this season.

We start to get gashed because our offense ALWAYS sputtered and couldn't muster a sustained drive, let alone a first down until the 3rd quarter.

This offense has been MUCH better than what we've been accustomed to - which isn't saying much, but we've finally scored in the first quarter with Mac at the helm.

I would agree with they are reasonable bend but don't break defense.

But they are one of the worst at 3rd conversions even during those first 3 quarters. And they have been one of the worst at TO's before this game especially in the first half.

Without those things, they cannot be playing very well.
