When you finally understand that coaching matters as well as playcalling then you will understand.  If you never learn that you wont understand how the game works.  Its like trying to explain it to a child.  He won 9 games the last 2 seasons with an equal or possibly less talented roster.  Doug has lost the drive and he let Press take the charge on offense.  He has been outcoached week in and week out.  His clock management is at the bottom of the league and hes lost all will.  Doug is burned out and its time for a new leader of this football team.  He along with Ballke helped build this team and they have failed as a team.  A new GM and HC is on the way. If you think this team is well coached, well.........lol

When Doug got hired Khan said Doug and Baalke are equal and both report to him. Thats all you need to know.
