If Andy Reid was our coach we would have a winning record right now.  Doug isnt the only problem hes just part of the problem.

It’s all a problem. The GM is incapable of putting together a competitive roster and the coach can’t get the team to be better than the sum of its parts. The fact that we’re heading toward another top 10 pick in 3 out of the 5 years that Baalke has been here should be more than enough to get him fired. Doug has checked out and has apparently been checked out since the second half of last season. There needs to be a total flush of everyone for the first time since Khan has owned the team.
