Agreed but headed towards a top 10 pick?  We are headed towards the 1st overall pick once again for the 3rd time in 5 years lol.  That has never been done before.  We are on the way to just add to the records of suckage

The players can still play hard with the coach being checked out.  Most players play for the name on the back of their jersey as well as for their next contract.
