St. Louis is the most obvious  - and then there are 3 lateral moves demographically with better overall tourism infrastructure than Jax, and the new popular talk is Portland OR.

Maybe. But they had the greatest show on turf for a good bit of that period when they were selling enough to support the team. Outside of that, they weren't that well supported. It's Cardinals and Blues country there. Worked there for almost all of 2015, and the support for the Rams among my co-workers was good when they were good, but very bad when they were average and below. Of course, ultimately, any NFL owner might have been tempted to move to the LA market.  When they finally did move, my St Louis co-workers didnt seem all that upset by it. They just diverted those disposible sports dollars to the Blues / Cards.  It does make you wonder where demographically the next domestic NFL expansion might occur.

Outside of the major markets, most attendance is low when the team is [BLEEP].

Even the Cardinals are starting to drop in attendance because of the garbage product they are putting out. Typically, that's how fans let owners know they don't like the direction of the team. It's the owner's responsibility to put out a product worth paying for.
