FAKE NEWS!!! That isn't what he really said, or meant, or even implied, besides, he was just joking.

He meant it and promised the American people that the war would be over by now. He once again lied to Lucky2Last, but that’s okay because Donald knows that there is nothing he can do to Lucky2Last that would cause him to not support Trump, nothing at all. So. Trump has now utterly humiliated Lucky2Last before the entire world, and the poor guy just has to… sit back and take it, I guess.
