As for the indictments yea you can indict people. All the cases face certain death after the Chevron case was decided by the supreme court since the prosecutor no longer gets to interpret the law. The one conviction of the misdemeanor charge in New York that convicted him of a felony is also dead upon appeal as the judge allowed evidence that is constitutionally illegal into the record.

Hillary should have been indicted and prevented from running for office.

A man who is no longer in office should no longer keep assembly or detonation instructions for nuclear weapons.  And certainly not in a bathroom in a public building.

First you said CODES which I assumed launch codes. My bad.  What you say now are assembly or denotation instructions which are a way different thing. No need for them to be in a in a hermetically sealed mason jar stored under Funk & Wagnalls porch. Next is it assembly or is it detonation or both?
