The city tax is annoying and I can't imagine what it would take to run a team there. Shad was the last hope of a team being there when he tried to acquire the Rams. The residents don't miss the Rams at all. It was discussed into the ground when Kroenke planned to move the team.

I will agree with you that Jacksonville definitely has a smaller town and can't support multiple event feel to it.
