Depends on the individual order. The time frame is there for each. However it does give Elon a starting point to begin with, which is the point.

Absolutely.  

But I would add, fixing the deficit/debt problem will not be easy.  We will have to cut Medicare and social security, and tax cuts have to be off the table.
