The Jags lack talent. Baalke has missed on so many draft picks and free agent acquisitions that it's ridiculous.
Our record is worse than the bottom feeders of the NFL. Worse over the last 10 years than the Browns, the Raiders. Shad Khan has put together the losingest team since he took over. The only way to fix this is a complete rebuild. Fire every coach, every scout, the medical team, the guys flipping burgers. Everyone goes. |
