He's a soft minded head coach with a soft offensive philosophy as given by how poorly the team run blocks and doesn't get any pressure up the middle. Can't stop the run either.
Three years in and we still don't know what the Jaguars offense does well, or what the Jags defense is good at stopping. I want him gone today. Brian Flores would be my hire.
