I don't really care who the coaches are, the issue is the roster. Has been for 2 years. And yes, I think Pederson made this team respectable while Baalke continued to [BLEEP] the bed adding "talent" until it simply became too much to overcome. We all see the writing, the issue is the root who is likely to remain next year.

It's more nuanced than that.  The issue is not just the roster.  It's much more than just the roster.  These coaches can't develop players.  These coaches can't put the players in the right positions to be successful.  These coaches can't even figure out what works and what doesn't.  With that said, Baalke has failed as well.  Especially on the O-Line.

I'm sorry, but I think you are giving way too much credit to Doug.  He's shown he has no idea of how to run a football team.  He has no idea of how to create a coaching staff that can develop players.  He has no idea of who to run his Defense or his Offense.  

Thank god he's fired.  It's been a long time coming.
