Fire Baalke on Monday, and get a group of NFL professionals that love Jacksonville to help with the search for a real culture.

This is what Detroit did. And look how well they are doing. You gotta get rid of Baalke. But you also have to have a hiring group that cares about your franchise. At least find a group of professionals that have passion for Duval that are willing to find a like minded person that wants to put in the hard work.

The problem is that we never seem to hire people that are passionate enough to put in the work. There are former jaguars that are willing to vet executives. Give them the chance to do it.
