Roster is years away from being competitive. The depth is worst in the league. Zero elite talent. Defense starters are [BLEEP]. Offensive line sucks. This is a hard pass if I’m a top HC option. Not starting my career with back to back guaranteed 5-6 win seasons.

Kind of depends on how they solve the GM situation. 

Because there will be capital available. No one should expect a miracle turnaround in 2025 - but it could be a big build year and a competitive even if not over .500 team. 

The new GM will have 58 million in cap space before cuts are made (and cuts will def be made) and will have SIX draft picks prior to the 5th round. 

If a top coach candidate likes TL and sees a GM he feels good about working with - We'll be one of the more attractive spots to land. 

I for one believe Baalke is definitely gone come January. I'm not in the camp that thinks he's somehow conned Khan into keeping him.
