I'm not sure why you are so negative.  It's gonna happen.  You are correct that the GM is total trash.  The entire thing is going to be flushed out.  But you have to admit this coaching has been garbage for the last 2 seasons.

Honestly, I'm more upset with Doug because he could have really turned this whole thing around, and instead he got lazy.  But I think Baalke is the one that needs to be fired first.  He's failed this team.  The O-Line is out classed by most teams.  The D-Line is out classed by every team we've gone against.  That's all on Baalke.  He should not be here come Monday afternoon. 

But Doug, a SB winning HC, should be allowed to run out the string.  Let him either inspire a few wins to get him a potential future job, or prove he's a total mirage of a HC.  He deserves that chance.  Baalke doesn't.
