It's my worry with Shad. I fear we'll end up with one of Baalke or Doug going and the other being given a shot. I guess it would be down to who Shad would feel was least to blame.

A few wins and some good excuses, plus a player or two thrown under the bus may be enough to sway him. That's my big ginormous fear.

Given the numerous rumors and comments about a rift between Doug and Trevor, I don't see how Khan would be able to fire Baalke and keep Doug. 

Plus what good GM candidate would be okay being hamstrung by Doug in their first season, and having to tailor their FA/Draft selections for Doug's system, and then having delay resetting for another system if it fails?

If one of them is staying it's Baalke.
