He really needs to be put out of his misery, career-wise.  Making him keep going is not kind.  When a coach fails, the nicest thing you can do is fire him right away.  I remember we kept Gus Bradley way beyond when he should have been fired, and I felt sorry for the guy because he had to go out there and lose week after week and explain it to the media week after week and it was brutal.  This is like a fight where the referee needs to step in and stop it.
