Liam Coen and Ben Johnson are my top 2 candidates. I wouldn't be opposed to Aaron Glenn (although him to New Orleans seems like a lock) or Dabol is he's fired.

 Lawrence is far from Brady and never know if he ever will reach anywhere near it.  We don't have neither yet.
Hire Ben Johnson as Headcoach/OC
Hire Bill Belichick for Defensive Coordinator ( I know that bill would never)
