I don’t think he will. ANY coach would have a “sophomore slump” after a QB like Brady leaving. Even then he squeezed blood out of a stone for some time. 

He would bring discipline to this team. No more shooting ourselves in the foot. And he’d have a malleable QB again

There's something to be said about BB's motivation.  He wants to take over the Shula all time record for wins...  He also wants to prove that wasn't just Brady that was the reason for the pats dynasty...  He'd be more motivated than most of the coaches we've brought in here.

Now, is he too old?  Maybe?  Probably.  Will he bring in DCs to run the offense like he did the last years of his time with the pats?  Jeez, at the point, who knows?  McDaniels is a great OC.  If he brings him to run the offense, then maybe this thing can turn around...

Hiring BB is a 50/50 proposition, in my opinion.  It could work out great.  Or we could crash and burn, further ruining Lawrence.  Giving BB the GM responsibility should come with some sort of strings attached.  But who knows what will happen.  

Honestly at this point what does it really matter anymore?  Maybe it'll work.  Maybe it won't.  But I think he'd be motivated more than some other coaches would be to come here.  But what the [BLEEP] do any of us know?  We've tried everything and nothing ever seems to work.  We brought in a young up and coming DC that was lauded as the next big thing with Gus.  We brought in a HC from Buffalo that looked like he was ready to take his next HC opportunity with gusto and mold a playoff caliber team.  We brought in a highly "respected" college HC that had national championship credentials.  And we hired a SB winning HC.

None of it worked.  The odds of anything working at this point is probably not good.  I'm just ready for the next phase of our failures.  This one has worn out it's welcome.
