He was also the DC of the 2023 Michigan team that had a dominant D to help lead them to a Natty. Before that he was an assistant and DB coach for some great Ravens defenses. I think Minter would be a great young hire if he can find a good OC to get Trevor where he needs to be. Would put Minter right there with Johnson just one is offense and one is defense.
