My top 3 candidates for next coach of the Jaguars are:

1. Ben Johnson: Very unlikely to come here, however. He'll have his choice of teams and I can't see Jacksonville winning out.

2. Todd Monken: Really like this option. Very good offensive mind. Players really enjoy playing for him due to his high energy and authenticity. His age (58) is considered a drawback by many, yet he's 14 years younger than
Bill Belichick. I consider his experience an advantage rather than a liability. He also is familiar with Jacksonville having been their receivers coach from 2007-10. Not a sexy pick, but very solid.

3. Mike Vrabel: This team could use someone tough after having Pederson. He did very well with the Titans taking them to the Championship game during his stint. Very solid candidate.
